Before that none of the employees ever saw a book, and we were just told what we could do and what we could not do. Before this book was given out, rules were always changed, and that is why Benny's finally came out with a handbook. No more confusing. I believe that even without a book, the workers gave their job, and the customers, their utmost attention. Customers continue to say how much They miss Benny's.
