Milwaukee 4245 Steel Hawg Mag Drill, 120V AC/DC

Milwaukee 4245 Steel Hawg Mag Drill, 120V AC/DC. Condition is "For parts or not working” The magnet works, but I couldn’t figure out how to turn the drill on. Maybe it’s just my ignorance, but the High/Low switch on the side didn’t do anything and I couldn’t even find an on off switch.
