Trophy Catalina Goat Hunt

Most goat will be black, brown, reddish brown, or white, however, other colors are not uncommon. The male Catalina have horns that grow up and back from the head in a large twist. A large male Catalina Goat can weigh up to 175 pounds. The horns can grow very wide making very impressive horn mounts. Catalina Goats are a very challeing animal to hunt. The catalina goat is one of the most frequently hunted exotics. Catalina Goats can make a very unique addition to any trophy collection.
In 2005 the New Number One Catalina Goat was taken off of The Wildlife Ranch, with each horn length over 53 inches, and a total Records of Exotics score of 136 2/8.
BID TOTAL PRICE INCLUDES: Two and a half days of Hunting for ONE TROPHY CATALINA GOAT, 
Guide and Guide Fees.
There are no additional fees or kill fees. The only extra charge is for skinning. This is to skin your buck to the neck for a shoulder mount, gut it, and quarter it and put it in a ice chest. If you do this yourself there is no charge.
If you are going to take the meat home, be sure to bring extra coolers. If you don't want the meat, we donate it to the needy.
The Catalina Goats are hunted on a ranch in Christoval, TX located in Tom Green County. Most hunts are walking or safari style from trucks.
Most hunts will take one day per animal. Our guides spend hours in the woods and hills looking for game before you come hunting.
Tips for guides are welcome and greatly appreciated.
Lodging is not included in the price of your hunt. Food is not provided. Bring your own food and beverages.
Quality Inn located on S. Jackson and 277 South is the closest hotel to the ranch with several nearby restaurants.
